We are over the moon after receiving our referral call on Monday,
November 17, 2003 at 12:30 pm!

Her Name: Guo Kui Yan
Her Birthdate: Jan 24, 2003 (9 mos!)
Residing in the ZhuZhou Children's Welfare Institute
ZhuZhou City, Hunan

She is living in the orphanage and not with a foster family at this time, and we know that at her medical examination at June 18 (5 mos old) she was 13.9 lbs (50th percentile) and 24 inches (10th percentile). Three referral pictures (at least two of them from the same June 18th date) are posted here.

I'm getting more of the documents translated by the agency and should have them by early next week ... but I also have a contact through the Tremont family who brought their little Grace home in June, and I may have a translation of the orphanage report later today.
